I was very pleased with the deal I got from Robert @ Gjovik Ford….I thought a very fair price on a 2013 Toyota Sienna in cherry shape!! Bob Perri was great to work with & a real help in getting financing I could live with comfortably. …AND The Sienna runs great!! Right out of the box I field tested it with a trip to Michigan’s Upper Peninsula; & it’s a Sweet Ride!!

Ben was honest, efficient and made the buying experience easy. I purchased the truck sight unseen, and Ben went the extra mile to ensure it was up to my standards before making the trip. He also answered all of my questions promptly. They honored the trade-in price we agreed to upon arrival. Good pricing that made it worth the 3.5 hour drive. Will consider Gjovik Ford again when it’s time for a new truck.

First time buyer at Gjovik, and very happy. Our salesman Justin was newer to the dealership, but was absolutely outstanding. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, courteous and helpful. Never felt pushed or pressured into anything. Finally, buying a vehicle can be something to look forward to, instead of something to dread. I highly recommend Gjovik Ford!

While Gjovik was kind and did a full inspection on my F-150 before the warranty ended almost two months ago, it has taken two months to finish the inspection and get the work done. I dropped my vehicle off on 11/1 to get the warranty work done, finally after parts were ordered and they could get me in, and was told it would take a week. They’ve had my truck for almost two weeks and I’m only finding out today that it won’t be done at the end of this week because after the service tech had to take numerous days off last week, they only found out yesterday that my rear differential that was ordered isn’t right and it will take 3-5 days for that new part to come in, so it won’e be here by Thanksgiving now, and lord knows when the truck will be done. They will have my truck for AT LEAST 3 weeks before it’s done, and I have children with car seats I need to drive in that vehicle. While I appreciate them finally getting me a loaner after two weeks, the amount of time they sat on the truck before finding out these issues with parts after telling me it would be done in a week is unacceptable.

I purchased a 2023 F150 at Gjovik Ford and had an awesome experience. It started with funding the truck online and having several emails with Jonica. She was always quick to respond and was a joy to work with. Thru email we came to an agreement on the truck. I drove two hours to go look at it and drive it. I walked in and met Jennessa. She was the salesperson that greeted me at the door. She was so knowledgeable about the truck and absolutely helpful. After her I met John, the finance guy. Stand up guy, no tricks and gimmicks with John. After having the truck for two days Jennessa emailed to see how the truck was working out and if I had any questions about any of the options. I am so glad I bought my F150 at Gjovik Ford. The two hour drive was worth it. First class dealership.
